Alberta Weekly Newspapers Association
The Alberta Weekly Newspapers Association is part of a Canada-wide network through the CCNA along with other provincial association.  The mission of the AWNA is to encourage, assist and ensure our members publish high quality community newspapers. The Association achieves this by providing education, marketing and fellowship.”  

Atlantic Community Newspaper Association
The Atlantic Community Newspapers Association was founded in 1972 and is part of a Canada-wide network through the Canadian Community Newspapers Association along with six other provincial associations representing over 600 newspapers.  There are 56 member newspapers covering the four Atlantic Provinces with a combined verified circulation of over 300,000 and ACNA gives you the opportunity to reach all of them, with just one phone call!

British Columbia & Yukon Community Newspapers Association
The BCYCNA is a non-profit membership organization representing community newspapers throughout British Columbia and the Yukon.  It has existed as an organization since 1922, and today boasts a membership of 99 newspapers, with a combined readership of 2.3 million. The smallest newspaper circulates a little more than 1000 copies each week, and the largest, more than 100,000.  

Canadian Community Newspapers Association
The Canadian Community Newspapers Association is the national voice of the community press in Canada. A federation of seven regional newspaper associations, CCNA was founded in 1919 as the Canadian Weekly Newspapers Association (CWNA). The creation of the CWNA was an expansion of the role weekly newspapers had in forming the Canadian Press Association, which received its charter in 1859. Organization of separate associations to govern the affairs of the daily, weekly, and magazine publishing industries was seen as a more efficient means to serve each segment of the print industry.

Ontario Community Newspapers Association
Founded in 1950, with offices in Burlington and Toronto, the Ontario Community Newspapers Association is a non-profit industry association comprising about 265 member newspapers located throughout the province. The association also offers services to help the public do business with community newspapers, while benefiting our members at the same time.  

Quebec Community Newspaper Association
The Quebec Community Newspapers Association is an English-language organization dedicated to the professional and economic development of English community newspapers and other community media serving minority communities in Quebec.

Saskatchewan Weekly Newspapers Association
The Saskatchewan Weekly Newspapers Association is a group of community newspapers working for the mutual benefit of its members.

Metroland is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torstar Corporation and provides a “one stop shopping” service for multi-market advertisers.  Metroland’s Marketing & Corporate Sales Division provides up to date market research and maintains a complete database of information on each newspaper.

Quebecor
Quebecor’s community newspaper division publishes a multitude of weeklies in English and French. The Quebec regional newspapers division publishes some 50 weeklies and a number of periodicals. It is firmly established in most regions of Quebec. Bowes Publishers Limited publishes numerous dailies, weeklies and specialty products in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. 

Sun Media
Sun Media Corporation is the second-largest newspaper chain in Canada. The group publishes 8 major dailies, covering 8 of the country’s 10 largest urban markets.  Sun Media Corporation also publishes 7 community dailies serving communities in Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta.  Most of their metropolitan and community dailies rank first or second in their respective markets.

The Advertising Club of Toronto is a non-profit organization that serves the advertising industry and all its related services including media, creative, production, advertising management and marketing. 
 

Association of Canadian Advertisers
The Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA) is the only organization in Canada expressly dedicated to representing solely the interests of companies that market and advertise their products in Canada. The ACA membership is limited to advertisers only – to remain focused on advertisers’ needs.  

Canadian Advertising Research Foundation (CARF)
The Canadian Advertising Research Foundation is a non-profit organization whose prime focus is advertising, communications and media research.  CARF alerts its members to developments in these areas and, as an independent industry body, assists them in evaluating media and advertising research methods and studies.  CARF operates under a Federal Charter granted in 1949 when it was founded jointly by the Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA) and the Institute of Canadian Advertising (ICA). 

Canadian Media Directors Council
The Canadian Media Directors’ Council is a unique, independent organization, comprised of media professionals representing advertising agencies and media management companies, working to advance the effectiveness of media advertising in Canada. 

Edmonton Advertising Club
Edmonton’s advertising club is one of the longest running advertising and ad-related groups in the whole country. Formed by a small and feisty group of advertising professionals in 1977, the club welcomes graphic designers, media planners, photographers, printers, production houses, various media and students. 

Institute of Communications and Advertising
ICA is Canada’s national association founded in 1905 and actively represents advertising agencies in a wide variety of beneficial activities. The diversity of ICA member agencies is impressive and, when combined, they account for over 90% of national media billings in Canada.  

Interactive Market Systems
Interactive Market Systems (IMS) Canada is an official supplier for ComBase data access.  IMS serves more than 1,200 advertising agencies, advertisers, publishers, broadcasters and researchers. Eighty-five percent of the top fifty agencies and seventy-five percent of the top fifty publishers choose IMS for integrated data and software solutions. National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS)
The National Advertising Benevolent Society is a non-profit organization that was established to assist people in the advertising industry and related businesses who need help due to illness, injury, unemployment, substance abuse or financial difficulties.  

Newspaper Association of America
NAA is a nonprofit organization representing the $55 billion US newspaper industry. NAA members account for nearly 90 percent of the daily circulation in the United States and a wide range of nondaily U.S. newspapers. NAA also has many Canadian and International members. Educators, university newspapers, press associations and suppliers/vendors are also members. The Association focuses on six key strategic priorities that collectively affect the newspaper industry: marketing, public policy, diversity, industry development, newspaper operations and readership.

SNA members include approximately 2,000 of the finest suburban newspapers in North America. These newspapers reach more than 17 million households and more than 42 million readers throughout the United States and Canada. Members also include leading suppliers of products and services to the newspaper industry.

Winnipeg Advertising Club
